How much is the deposit and when is it due? +
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. We’ll send a secure payment link after you submit the form.
What’s included in the price?+
Each package includes exactly what’s listed — no surprise fees. Full coverage, edited video(s), social clips, and communication are all part of the experience.
How soon do we get the final video?+
We typically deliver your final edited video within 2–4 weeks. Social clips may be delivered sooner upon request.
What if someone damages your equipment?+
If any of our gear is broken, stolen, or damaged by a guest during the event, the client is responsible for the replacement cost within 7 days. This ensures we can continue serving future families.
Can we make edits after the video is delivered?+
Absolutely! All packages include at least 1 revision round. Premium packages include more, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes, we offer 2–3 part payment plans depending on your event date. Mention this in the form and we’ll coordinate it with you.
Will you post my daughter’s video online?+
Only with your permission. We love showing off our work, but we’ll always respect your privacy if you’d prefer to keep it private.
What if we need to reschedule?+
No worries — we allow one free reschedule if you notify us at least 14 days in advance.
