Welcome to our website! By accessing or booking a video service through this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
You are hiring us to provide videography services specifically related to quinceañera events. Each package includes the deliverables listed at the time of booking. Any additional services or hours may incur extra fees.
2. Deposits & Payments
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. We accept major credit cards, Zelle, Cash App, or other approved methods.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for partial refunds, excluding the deposit. We allow one rescheduling at no additional cost if made at least 30 days in advance.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to venues, cooperation from guests, and a clear timeline for the event day. You agree to allow us to film and use footage for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Equipment Safety & Guest Liability
In the event that any of our equipment (including but not limited to cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting, or microphones) is damaged, broken, or stolen due to the actions of the client, guests, or third parties at your event, the client will be held financially responsible. You agree to reimburse the full replacement value of the damaged or lost item(s) within 7 calendar days of receiving written notice and cost documentation from us.
6. Delivery & Revisions
Final videos are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks. Packages include 1–2 rounds of minor revisions. Major re-edits may incur additional charges.
7. Copyright & Usage
You receive full personal-use rights to your final videos. We retain ownership of the raw footage and may use clips for promotional purposes unless a separate agreement is made.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (weather, technical failures, etc.). In any event, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
